我々の活動の核となるのは、NGOと労働組合の両方を含む市民社会の協力者ネットワークの拡大です。我々は、出身国の求職者、移住国の移住労働者、そしてこれらの労働者を募集する送り出し・受け入れ機関や雇用するサプライヤーと協力しています。また、人権や責任ある調達プログラムに労働者の声を取り入れる事に関心のある世界的なブランドや小売業者とも提携しています。

Aaprabasi Mahila Kamdar Samuha (AMKAS), or The Returnee Women Migrant Workers' Group, is a civil society organization led and administered by returnee women migrant workers. AMKAS was founded in 2016 by a group of well-known and experienced Nepali migrant rights activists to promote the rights and interests of Nepali migrant workers in both their home and destination countries, based on the idea that "Migrant Rights are Human Rights."
ANTUF as the trade union federation involves to safeguards rights and interests of Nepali workers in and out of the country. It has been advocating for safe and decent work for the Nepali migrant workers for a long period of time. It has played a significant role in formulating laws and policies in the area of foreign labour migration.
Center for Migration and International Relations (CMIR) is a not-for-profit institute thriving to ensuring rights of migrant workers and their families are respected, guaranteed and fulfilled. We are a dedicated and dynamic team of returnee migrant workers, migrant rights’ activists and researchers having a long-time involvement history in the field of migration and development.
GEFONT has a long history of safeguarding – through various arrangements – the interests of Nepali migrant workers in foreign countries. Significant achievements have for example been made in Malaysia including Korea, Hong Kong where GEFONT has signed MoUs with national trade union federations.
National Network for Safe Migration (NNSM) is an umbrella organization of civil society organizations in Nepal working in the field of labour migration and development. It was established in 2008 with a sole purpose of integrating efforts of civil society organizations especially for policy recommendations. Since inception, NNSM has been playing instrumental role in policy advocacy for protection and promotion of the rights of migrant workers and their families.
To address the issues, interests, and rights of Migrant Workers, Nepal Trade Union Congress has established a separate Migration Desk, Migration Cell and Department which has been planning, organizing, conducting and implementing various programs and activities related to foreign labour migration.
People Forum for Human Rights (People Forum) is a professional organization established for the protection of human rights and promotion of rule of law in Nepal. Since its establishment in 2003, it has been working to provide Free legal aid, advocacy and lobbying for policy reformation , Public International Litigation (PIL), Capacity Building and generating awareness at community level through training, workshops and interaction programs.
Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental social organization dedicated to safeguarding and advancing the rights of Nepalese migrant workers. It was founded in Nepal in 2009 by returnee migrant workers with the mission of offering all possible support to migrant workers in hardship, particularly in the Gulf Countries, and Malaysia.
POURAKHI Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit social organization. We work with Nepalese women migrant workers (WMWs) and their families to sensitize them of their rights to take informed choices in the entire cycle of migration, i.e., Pre-Departure, Immigration, Employment stage at the country of destination, and Post arrival to the country of origin.
SAFE Nepal is non-profit and a non-governmental social organization. We have been working with migrants and their family, youth networks, women, and students to sensitize them on the process of foreign employment, rights, legal process and access to legal identity of married women as well as their child.
The main focus of the Legal Support for Children, and women (LSCW) is to reduce forced labor and human trafficking among Cambodian migrant workers abroad.
National Union Alliance Chamber of Cambodia (NACC) is to reduce forced labor and human trafficking among Cambodian migrant workers abroad.
Chab Dai Coalition seek to end all forms of abuse and modern slavery globally by building a movement to empower communities, to strengthen systems, and to restore justice and wellbeing with survivors.
Issara Institute is an independent NGO based in Asia and the United States tackling issues of human trafficking and forced labour through worker voice, partnership, and innovation. The Institute was established in 2014 by a team of anti-trafficking experts coming out of the United Nations who created an alliance of private sector, civil society, and government partners to address labour issues in global supply chains.
SAFWA provides Burmese migrant workers, their families, and relatives with social and health services in Thailand, such as health care, hospitalization support, other emergency needs.
Ratna Mahal Myanmar
Ratna Mahal Education Care Group is working on Anti-Child trafficking, Child on the Move in Myanmar/ Protection Mainstreaming including awareness training, protection, prosecution supports and disaster management.
Talitha Khum Myanmar
Talitha Kum Myanmar is a religious organization that specializes in anti-trafficking activities. The main objective is to prevent and fight for human trafficking. We are also doing the main processes for the prevention of forced labor issues and providing social assistance to victims of human trafficking. We are also working on awareness programs for migrant workers, and we are a group that is conducting awareness training in many places across the country in collaboration with partner organizations. As Talitha Kum Network, there are sub-organizations in Southeast Asia and other countries around the world, fighting human trafficking, social works and global missions are being carried out.
Action for Dignity and Development (ADD) Myanmar
The Action for Dignity and Development (ADD) was formed in 2014 to address children's rights, children's rights and human rights. Combating child trafficking; We focus on human dignity, such as domestic violence. Issues relating to child prostitution; We are also working on issues of sexual harassment and information sharing to educate migrant workers to get the right jobs and to eliminate human trafficking. We are working with partner organizations on issues of labor rights
Capacity development Institute (CDI) is a local labor rights organization, with a particular focus on labor rights. The concept of Capacity development Institute is to emerge from the Labor Union and protect Labor Rights, child labor cases and force labor problems.
STUM is a labor rights organization, and it is mainly set up in Upper Myanmar, Ayeyarwady and Yangon Regions. STUM is mainly focusing on eight sections such as 1. Formation of new labor unions; 2. Dispute resolution 3. Provide legal and empowerment training 4. Urging reform of the necessary legal policies 5. Cooperating with law reform 6. Action on Women's Rights 7. Establishment of labor centers 8. Providing safe migration training and case management services for migrant workers.
All Lady's Dream
All Lady's Dream is working on empowering workers including internal and cross border migrant workers through awareness-raising and education on labor rights, labor law, save migration and human trafficking.
Myittamon
Myittamon has been doing awareness raising activities for migrant workers and helping for migrant workers’ rights issues by cooperating with the relevant organizations to assist. Now, Myittamon is providing training and awareness raising campaigns in cooperation with local network partners to enable migrant workers to work safely and securely.
Ugnayan Migrant Ministry, run by the Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers in Taiwan, has been serving migrant worker since 2002. Today the Ugnayan Migrant Ministry operates a shelter, migrant help desk, church, and a vocational training school. The ministry focuses is to assist migrant workers access remedy to labor malpractice, while educating and empowering migrant workers to stand up for themselves with confidence.
Founded in 2015, the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards (FIHRRST) is an international Association dedicated to the respect, protection, and fulfilment of human rights. The Foundation, established by a group of internationally respected human rights advocates, promotes human rights in three main areas: business and human rights, human rights cities, and religious belief and other social issues.
In fulfilling this mission, the organization assists government and companies in carrying out their respective roles to protect and respect human rights in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). FIHRRST has implemented several business and human rights projects, Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), and sustainability for more than seven years. Additionally, the organization helps government and local citizens develop human rights cities as well as work with organizations from various religious backgrounds to harmonize religious thought with universal human rights principles.
