The Worker's Lens
Mr. Upendra Yadav (Nepali Worker)

Before Issara started to come to the factory, we used to be treated as another level by our supervisor, managers and learders. Since Issara started to partner with our company, we are being treated with more respect and value by HR and the supervisor.

It is too hard to survive as we do not have overtime hours at the factory these days, and the basic salary is too low to fulfill the needs of my family and my dream to grow. I am even thinking of going to another country where I could earn more; however, I am afraid of very high recruitment fees. It would be good if I could go to Japan with a "Zero Recruitment Fees" policy so that I do not have to borrow money from others.
